When you join the waitlist or pre-book, we collect: - **Personal information**: name, email address, mobile number, pincode - **Baby information**: expected birth month / current age in months (used only for product cohort analysis) - **Payment metadata**: order ID, payment status — provided by Razorpay. We never receive or store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details. - **Usage data**: pages visited, buttons clicked — collected via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (anonymised).

We use your data exclusively for: - Sending you waitlist updates and product launch communications - Processing and confirming your pre-book deposit - Contacting you for optional product-discovery research (only if you opt in) - Understanding geographic distribution of early interest (pincode data, never shared externally) - Improving the site experience via anonymised analytics

Your personal data is stored in: - **Vercel KV (Upstash Redis)**: encrypted at rest, hosted on infrastructure accessible in India - **Razorpay**: PCI-DSS compliant; payment data is governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy - **Resend**: email delivery service. We share your email address with Resend solely for the purpose of sending transactional emails. - **Wati**: WhatsApp Business API partner. We share your mobile number with Wati only if you opt in to WhatsApp updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

- **Waitlist subscribers**: data retained for 24 months from your last interaction with Sukoon, or until you request deletion. - **Pre-bookers**: data retained until your unit ships and for 6 years thereafter for statutory tax and accounting records. - **Analytics data**: anonymised; governed by Google and Meta's retention policies.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: - **Access**: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you - **Correction**: request correction of inaccurate personal data - **Deletion**: request erasure of your personal data (subject to statutory retention obligations) - **Grievance redressal**: contact our Data Protection Officer To exercise any of these rights, email **contact@sukoonbaby.com** with the subject line "Data Request — [your name]". We will respond within 7 working days.

Your ₹499 pre-book deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. To request a refund: 1. Email contact@sukoonbaby.com with your order ID 2. We will initiate the refund within 2 working days 3. Razorpay processes the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days We will not ask for a reason. We will not charge a cancellation fee.
