These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sukoonbaby.com ("the Site") and your pre-book reservation of the Sukoon baby wellness wearable. By placing a pre-book, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed. Sukoon is operated as a sole proprietorship by Rahul Iyer, Bangalore, India.

The pre-book deposit (₹499) is: - **Not the full purchase price**. It reserves your unit at the ₹12,999 launch price (compared to the post-launch price of ₹14,999). - **Fully refundable** at any time before your unit is dispatched for delivery, with no conditions. - **Non-transferable** to another person or order. You will be contacted separately before the balance (₹12,500) is collected, and you will have an opportunity to confirm or cancel your order at that point.

Pre-book deposits are refunded in full upon request, with no time limit before dispatch. To request a refund: 1. Email contact@sukoonbaby.com with your name and order ID 2. Refund is initiated within 2 working days 3. Razorpay processes the refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method After your unit has been dispatched, our standard return policy (30-day return for defective units, subject to inspection) applies instead.

All product specifications published on the Site are subject to change before launch. We will communicate material changes to pre-bookers via email. Sukoon is a wellness device — not a medical device — and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Do not rely on Sukoon data for medical decisions.

Target delivery is December 2026 across India. This is an estimate and is subject to change. Delays due to manufacturing, certification, logistics, or force majeure events do not constitute a breach of these terms. Pre-bookers will be notified promptly of any significant changes to the timeline. If you would like a refund due to a delay, you may request one at any time before dispatch under Clause 3.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sukoon's liability for any claim arising from a pre-book deposit is limited to the amount of the deposit paid (₹499). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
